It is an update to the work of Peter Thy published in the Runner Post, the journal of the Bechuanalands and Botswana Society in Issue 26 in March of 1992.
The page also includes copies of the Tariff Flyers for 2020, 1 August 2022, and 1 November 2022 that provide new rates after the period covered in the article. The rate change on 1 August 2022 as the result of a Value Added Tax (VAT) rate adjustment, while the change on 1 November appears to be part of a regular review of rates.
